ABOUT FACTOR55 00080-04: The Flatlink E replaces the conventional winch hook with a stronger shackle/D-Ring mount, and folds neatly into the fairlead when not in use. Features include a precision shackle mounting hole and a folding design giving you a lower profile and allowing for a better approach angle than ProLink FLATLINK SYSTEM TECHNIQUE: FlatLink doesn’t require splicing and is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes. It attaches with a super-strong aerospace-grade double-shear titanium pin and snap ring, which is easily installed in minutes. The EPDM rubber guards protect alloy fairleads, prevents rattling, and is securely attached to the FlatLink with four barbed tips COMPATIBLE WITH CLOSED SYSTEM WINCHING: This product is compatible with Closed System Winching, a technique that uses rigging comprised entirely of closed-link hardware. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
