Our bacon cure can be used as a dry cure or as a brine solution.
Dry cure
\u00B7 Rub 500g bacon cure with 12kg of Pork Loin
\u00B7 Rub into the meat (rind can be removed for better penetration)
\u00B7 Stand the meat fat layer down in a suitable bag or tray
\u00B7 Refrigerate for 4-5 days
\u00B7 Once cured, rinse and leave to mature for a minimum for 2 days
Brine cure
\u00B7 Mix 100g bacon cure mix with 286g salt and 916g water
\u00B7 Stir until dissolved and place meat in solution

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
