These Autumn planting vegetable bulbs are easy to grow and provide good yields growing to a height of 45cm with a spread of 15cm.EASY TO GROW - Onion sets are undemanding and require only occasional watering during particularly dry periods. Grow them in raised garden planters, containers or allotments in any firm, well draining soil in full sun. Plant in the Autumn for harvesting from May to June. To reduce and deter onion fly it is suggested to grow onions along with mint plants.
