Prepared according to tradition, with fragrant candied fruit, fresh Italian milk, eggs from hens raised on the ground and hand-crafted icing. Thanks to the natural leavening with only yeast and the natural cooling upside down for 8 hours, this Colomba retains all its fragrance and its unmistakable scent.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - candied orange peel 15.5% (orange peel - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid) - icing 12.3% (sugar - rice flour - sunflower oil - wheat flour - egg white* powder 2.5% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - flavourings) - butter - sugar - natural sourdough 7.7% (wheat flour - water) - egg yolk* fresh 7% - Sugar grain 6.4% - almonds 2.3% - invert sugar syrup - fresh pasteurized milk high quality 1.7% - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavours.

Refunds
